The Malvern Spa Hotel

Wonderful time at my most recent visit to the spa with my mum, service was amazing, very attentive and friendly, especially Faye! Loved being able to order drinks from my the poolside, the water was very warm and the four saunas are excellent. Also loved the wonderful home made biscuits with our coffees, excellent attention to detail. Always such a warm, relaxing atmosphere

It's not a big hotel but the facilities are great! Pool indoor and outdoor though not soo big offers enough relaxation with hydrotherapy. The partition of the pool to outdoor pool is quite clever to stop the cold... The steam and sauna, spa and massage.. they got spa pod for more privacy... I think spa experience is the hotel selling point. We went for massage. Rooms are ok.. comfortable enough.. what's funny though, while most hotel uses either swipe or tap cards to access hotel rooms, this site still uses keys, and need to lock the door when leaving. I commend the Manager for accommodating our request about our stay and the staff that assists us with regards to our booking issue. Food is presented well . We came on complementary package, we had to pay extra for excess order. It's best to check and clarify what's included on your package to avoid surprises. It's near shop too for any extra buys. It's free parking too.

Don’t worry about first impressions as it doesn’t look like much from the outside. Once in you are embraced in an oasis of calm. It is simply wonderful and a little piece of heaven. The staff are amazing, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The spa area including the pool is second to none. We especially enjoyed the swimming outside. Feeling the cold air but being warm in the pool. The food is of a high standard and we didn’t want to leave on the Sunday. It is pure escapism.

As lovely as the facilities are (and they are lovely - the hydrotherapy pool is fantastic), the staff are the real gem of The Malvern. Everyone we came across was so friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Massive shout out to Saffron, who gave me a full body and Indian head massage - I didn’t know it was possible to roll my shoulders without them clicking from the knots!! The only slight niggle with the place is that my room didn’t have a bath, just a shower (even though it was a good, high pressure waterfall shower), and it would be nice if they provided sachets of oat milk in the rooms, but they are more than happy to provide fresh pots of alternative milk! It would be nice too if people were encouraged to silence their phones or leave them out of sight around the pool. I went with my mum after a gnarly year and a difficult bereavement, and we both left feeling refreshed and ready to step into 2026 with a bit more positivity.

My favourite spa in the area. Perfect after a walk up the malvern hills. I find that staying overnight is more cost effective than a 4 hour spa session, and iften includes contributions towards dinner in the restaurant, where the food is great. My favourite pool of any spa I've been to!

My husband and I love to go to Spa so we have been to quite a few! We visited Malvern for my husband‘s birthday and I can honestly say this is one of the best Spa weekends we have been to! The treatments were wonderful, The room was gorgeous and warm, but most of all the service was absolutely impeccable! Right from the reception to the Spa reception to the masseuse and Dinner and lunch Service. Everyone went above and beyond ensuring you had a wonderful time- they even come round and take your drink orders around the pool! The food was impeccable, and we would most definitely visit again. A big shout out to Olly, Francesca, Heather & Emily who all were super wonderful and made our stay just that extra bit special :)

Had a lovely stay with my sister recently.Staff were friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the spa facilities especially the hydrotherapy pool, lovely temperature. The evening meal was delicious, especially the dessert which was presented well. Good selection of breakfast too.

I came with my daughter to have a Twilight Spa experience to mark her birthday. The facilities are very good as we're the treatments. I had a wonderful facial which felt very pampering. We ate in the bar area and were treated as very special guests in most part the result of attentive care. Ollie was wonderful and my daughter and I felt very well cared for and looked after. He made the experience extra special. The service by all staff was brilliant. Thank you so much for the excellent experience.
